Excellent customer service! Client from 2014 ! Love it
We had a new Roadtrek RV purchased in B.C. with plans to camp in it back to Ontario. We unfortunately could not continue using the toilet as it was not attached to the floor! When we hit Calgary, Bucars greeted us and helped us immediately, so we could continue our trip. Staff all were great, the assistance we received was super. Only negative? They are not in Ontario!

Good day. Unfortunately this review will be mostly negative as our experience with the Bucars team was subpar at best. We unfortunately encountered major damage to our travel trailer from the hailstorm of 2024. Originally the process of leaving our trailer at Bucars was easy and straightforward but over the course of many months our trailer was finally ready to be picked up but a few items even though they had been attempted to be fixed were not done properly.
