Every time I deal with Bucars it’s a great experience. The knowledge and service are outstanding. Highly recommend if you are in the market for an RV make sure to visit Bucars.
I don't usually give bad reviews but bucars had our rv for six and half months and nothing got done it needed repair on the back door there was only two people who was willing to help and that was Braidon and Brittany when ever we ask for a update they said yes would keep us informed and never did we had to call if we wanted to find out anything and kept getting the run around I will never take my rv to them again there is no customer service at all
Hands down THE BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. This is my family’s ninth RV, and from start to finish, in every interaction we had with Bucars, they made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Wayne was our sales person. He was friendly and honest and went to extra efforts to get the trailer warmed up for us in the showroom just to have a look.
