We made reservations weeks ago for 7:00 tonight with family. We arrive on time and are told they are running an hour behind with reservations.😳 Seriously? Very disappointed! Definitely won't be back! ☹

We had a 7pm reservation. We arrived before the reservation (5 minutes early) to be told it's a 60 - 90 minute wait. Completely unacceptable. You've been open far too long to not be prepared for a holiday. So much for having our family Christmas dinner. My parents had to leave bc my mom's diabetic. We decided to leave as well after a person who had a reservation at 6pm and was told 45 minutes and it was 7:30pm and they would "check on their table." Completely ridiculous experience.
