Worst management I've ever encountered and disgraceful treatment of host at dinner party I attended. As a guest, I was shocked when the manager insulted the host of a private 40pp dinner, because she expressed her disappointment with the lack of any dedicated service for her party. There wasn't one dedicated server assigned to a 40pp dinner party! One server confessed he had been simultaneously seated an 8-top amongst other tables in addition to our party!
