their website woundn't take a 6:15 reservation, we stopped in, 3/4 empty. No receptionist after waiting 5 minutes. We went to find a server. That's the good part. Tomato basil soup was sour, spoiled cream in it. Eggplant parm was black crisp burnt. We paid for the wine and ran out, this bankrupt company has their days numbered. The booths have deep holes that you sink into, interior is in poor very dated condition. We have been going here for 20 years but never in the future. Superfood, super service, and the price is right.
Food was fair at best spaghetti was noodles with tomato’s on top house wine $17 a glass cokes $3.99 by meal for 4 started at $40 turn out to be $105
So disappointed. I booked "the Pope room" to celebrate my twin daughters' 34th birthday. When we arrived, they said they had given it to another party because the room required 10 people. Why didn't the woman who took my reservation for 8 tell me that????? She said all was good to go! I was upset (without acting like it to my guests) when we arrived with presents and cake looking forward to a slightly private room for our special day! Buca Di Beppo makes me angry ...

OMGoodness! First could not find the place, after traveling over 50 miles, picked-up the food, finally got back home. The food looked good, ordered Chicken cannelloni, there was NO chicken, not happy at all, the kids pizza was burnt. I really do not know what to say, except NOT HAPPY!
I am not a complainer, in fact, I work hard to post a lot more positive reviews than negative Ones, so when I write a bad review it has to be really, really bad. I have been to Bucca di Beppo in Southlake, Texas many times, but I was appalled by what I experienced Wednesday evening, the night before Thanksgiving. I can hear the conversation taking place between the restaurant manager and corporate about why sales and profitability are sooo bad.
