Some staff were inpatient and very rude. Really too bad!
Wow, I'm shocked people give this thing anything other than 1 star. It's supposed to be for kids and sponsored by Bubbly, well good luck buying a Bubbly or any liquid for that matter. There isn't even any running water. In an hour you're lucky if your kids get to slide 4 times. Most of the people that are "working" there and literally just standing around watching snow melt.
