I took my Goldendoodle Chai to Bubbly Paws Dog Grooming Salon today and had an amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff was so kind and attentive, and Chai looked absolutely perfect when I picked him up. Sam greeted me and gave me a tour and explained what to expect while Chai is being serviced and Emily groomed him, she did an amazing job and even allowed me to take pictures of him at their photo booth afterwards. Today we took our little baby Oreo for his first bath and hair cut and we loved the experience! We will definitely be coming back! Everyone was so nice and caring! Judy did an amazing job!
I’m really torn writing this review. I paid around $200 for a full grooming package including hypoallergenic shampoo, oatmeal conditioner, nail grinding, paw treatment, blueberry facial, and anal gland expression. Visually, my dog looked great afterward — the grooming itself was well done. However, I’m very concerned about what happened after the appointment. My dog has been limping consistently since the groom. When my father picked him up, staff acknowledged that his paw was hurt accidentally and offered a 25% discount. ... read more
Yesterday we were served in this place for the first time. I’m delighted. For all the time we got the best service for my dog. My Tеo is a extremely energetic and restless dog, and he also doesn’t like to dry and comb, for him it’s fear, and he can be aggressive. All previous groomers worked with him for 3-5 hours on average, and I always got a terrible short and untidy haircut. Our puppy is very difficult to trim because he gets really anxious with clippers. Because his hair is so curly, he gets matting around his ears and under his chin and chest. However, Bria did an excellent job with him, especially trimming his face. He just received the best haircut he has ever gotten and all his fur is perfectly even. Kim the owner was also very kind.
