Facility is closed to self service with no notice and no workers could be bothered to come to the doorbell, which the sign says to ring. They were happy to be yapping to each other though while the phone rang endlessly too. 0/10. Sad I was gifted a gift card to here :(

I took my longhaired dachshund to the Grand Ave location four times and would have kept going, if my groomer was reliable. She's called to change appointment times the "day of" before, but her recent last-minute cancellations were just too much. "M" recently texted me 40 minutes before a full grooming appointment to say she was sick. She asked if I could come in three days later, and she would give me 10% off. I said okay. My golden retriever, Bailey came out bright and shiny and smelling wonderful. She had a full service bath and a pot treatment. She is not a big fan of being washed or groomed, but it was no sweat with the bubbly paw team. Five star all the way.

The girls at the front desk was really kind but told us it would take 60-90 minutes for a grooming appointment for our cavalier king charles. It ended up taking 150 minutes. Not that big of a deal. When we pick him up she carried him over and my husband held him so we didn't notice until after we left that they had completely chopped off all of his tail fur.
