This is really unacceptable that my dog was rejected at 4:01pm for self-serve when the store closes at 5pm. Even though we promised that we would finish with 30 minutes, the staff still denied because they had already “cleaned.” Wasted an hour travel for nothing. The staff attitude was also pretentious. I’ve been here several times and recommended my friends. However, I’m not sure if I’ll continue to support the degraded business.
