I initially visited this location the week prior and had a positive experience overall. The self-wash area was clean, and the process was straightforward, making it a convenient option. However, my subsequent visits have left me extremely disappointed. On November 27 (the day before Thanksgiving), I arrived at 5:11 PM for a self-wash, well within the advertised hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last walk-in at 7:00 PM).
