Natasha is wonderful! My dogs hate the groomers historically but Natasha is so kind and patient. My furbabies love her and you will too!

I hauled my 3 beagles across town and front desk person said they are closing at 1pm for her LUNCH BREAK. But I could come back at 130. What I'm going to drive all the way home or wait in a hot car with 3 dogs bc the front desk was taking lunch? Cmon guys what are you even doing? New ownership and you're already pulling this stuff. I will not be back. It's ridiculous. Get a second employee or make it automated like a laundromat. You want ME to waste MY time? Sorry.
