Easy to walk in and give your dog a bath. They have shampoo and conditioner available, as well as better scents and moisturizing, for example, for sale behind the counter. There is a over the neck leash to keep the dog in the tub, which is a few feet off the ground so you don't have to hunch over much. Down the hall are two large blow dryers for you to dry your dog off after. They also do full grooming and have other services available on their website. You do not need an appointment to give your dog a bath yourself.
Horrible customer service. They close the store without notification. Now They want me to use my giftcard to more than 30mins away from me to wash my dog. He is not well in the car. Refuse to refund the giftcard. I have a right reason for asking refund. Dont use this company!!
We take our pup in regularly to get her nails trimmed, $26 seems a little pricey but I'm not willing to do it and we've always had a good experience. Especially love how easy it is to book appointments online!
Disappointed in their customer service. I got here at 7:10pm so 50 minutes until closing. Their door states bath starts an hour until closing, so we were just 10 minutes behind. The girl comes to the door and says sorry baths have to start an hour until closing. Shuts the door walks away, one minute after shuts off all the lights and leaves. So instead of having good customer service and letting me in to wash my dog with a 10 minute grace, just wants to leave work early.
Awesome experience even with our crazy and big dog!
