Unfortunately I did not have a first good experience with Bubbly Paws. I wanted to treat my dog with a much better experience thinking this could be an upgrade but I was disappointed. He went in for a trim something light however it looks like the groomer did not attempt to brush him well. His ears were still dirty and it did not look like he was bathed thoroughly. I love going here for self service but unfortunately over the last year or so there have been too many times where we show up during their posted open hours and there is a handwritten sign on the door that they are closed. They don’t post these closures online anywhere so it’s a real waste of time for us to drive there and then back home with nothing to show for it. When they're open and self-services open the girls that work there are great but half of the time we show up they are not open and we pay $60 a month for a package deal for our dogs the whole reason I came here was so I didn't have to wash my dogs at home but this is what has been happening or I've had to take them to a different place to wash them I am basically giving them $60 a month to close their doors and not have staff I asked why would the supervisor wasn't there when there was no staff I got a lot of excuses people ... read more

We brought our mini aussie, Oliver, in for a groom and went home afterwards seemingly fine. The staff didn't mention any issues with the groom when we picked him up. I noticed our dog shaking his head a lot and scratching, and when my husband looked at his ear we noticed a large open wound on one ear and scrapes on the other. We had to have our dog in a cone for a week, on antibiotics and pain meds. Bubbly Paws management emailed us back twice, then completely stopped responding and will not reimburse us for our vet visits.

Absolutely amazing first time experience using the self service dog washing stations. The employees were very accommodating, helpful and kind. I will most certainly be coming back.
