We brought our mini aussie, Oliver, in for a groom and went home afterwards seemingly fine. The staff didn't mention any issues with the groom when we picked him up. I noticed our dog shaking his head a lot and scratching, and when my husband looked at his ear we noticed a large open wound on one ear and scrapes on the other. We had to have our dog in a cone for a week, on antibiotics and pain meds. Bubbly Paws management emailed us back twice, then completely stopped responding and will not reimburse us for our vet visits.

Absolutely amazing first time experience using the self service dog washing stations. The employees were very accommodating, helpful and kind. I will most certainly be coming back.

Worst pet service available! I had cancelled my appointment via their automated reminder text. They didn't acknowledge my cancellation and charged my credit card without consent. Then I tried to walk-in and make another appointment and they refused to groom my dog because he wasn't current on his rabies shots. So, had I showed up for the original appointment, they would have refused me anyways. Good luck trying to talk to any managers! As none ever seem to be available! The groomers are excellent! Biggie Smalls is in good hands and for a very similar price to where we used to go that seemed so loud and dirty. I feel much better leaving him here for a more pampered experience.
