New ownership, majority of positive reviews left relate to the prior management and grooming staff. If you’re curious about the experience just go in and speak with their front desk employee and I’m sure you’ll turn around and go elsewhere.
Have been bringing our German shepherd and pitbull here for grooming for over a year and after today’s experience, we won’t be returning. I suspect this location is under new management and it is evident their previous experienced, kind, and attentive staff are no longer there. Our GSD is reactive toward other dogs and in the past have always been accommodated (helping to clear out the lobby so we can take him back to his grooming room). Price changes every time I go. I was told yesterday I was double charged a while ago. And She said I'll give you $5 off today. Website is not user friendly. I do like the convenience to my home . But they have a lot of turnover. I go to the one On New Bern in Charlotte NC. Please fix your problems. Of contact me if you Think I'm wrong. Thank you
I guess they leave scared dogs in a crate for hours and refuse to work on them for being difficult and have rude front desk employees.
