Look at what Bubbly paws did to my puppy!! Little Masha was brought in for a trim and they decided to shave her because they thought her undercoat was matting (no!). They said the clipper kept getting caught in her fur and pulled her skin off. But they didn't stop until a larger chunk of her skin got pulled off requiring 3 stitches (why didn't you stop when she was screaming?). This place 5 stars reviews must be all forced or faked because there’s no way they have all these nice reviews and I get one of the worst experiences with them one they changed there prices with me and try to over charge me there staff has one of the most nastiest attitudes and try to act all smart with you at that my dog wasn’t correctly groomed PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT COME HERE !!!! Go somewhere else don’t bring your pets here

Got hung up on, and prices change? Mainly writing a review because I am very confused on prices. I called in about one month ago to bring in my dog for grooming, they took her that day and charged me $65. And I asked them if that was the price and they said yes, so of course I assumed that would be the price for the future, right?
