After a bad experience with the previous owners, I decided to give this salon a try under the new management, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve now been twice—first for a pedicure, and this time for a full manicure and pedicure—and both experiences were amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. We moved to Brantford 2.5 months ago. I was dissatisfied with another place I had tried for a bio gel refill. I found raving reviews here, & was beyond impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail and overall atmosphere! Anna was fantastic, she listened & addressed my concerns and my nails look & feel amazing!
Very happy with the staff from HP. I recently moved to Brantford and tried many different salons and was never pleased. I was finally recommended by a friend and was nervous because I am picky, but I am really pleased. Laura has done my nails twice and the gentleman did my pedicure and everything has lasted really well. No chipping and no breaking. This is my new spot! The staff is very friendly, the salon is clean, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely give this salon a try!
