I like how the salon makes text and personal calls to remind and confirm the appointments. I was referred to the stylist Mr. Charles. I met with him before I scheduled an appointment so he would be familiar with my hair texture, style and color. After our meeting I felt comfortable that he would be able to give me the style I wanted. He provides a Salon experience which is what I was looking for. The initial styling I received went beyond my expectations which is why I have continued to make future appointments with him.
I had superior hair service with Charles. The services I was looking for were to get a hair style and beard shaped up. I felt he did a fantastic job as I was getting ready to leave for a cruise. I will definitely return to Bubbles for an appointment with him.
I had an awful experience with Charles, on my first visit. I have not had a hair cut in a while and I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He was seeing things I wasn't and his whole demeanor and tone was negative. He had "I don't want to deal with you" written all over his face. He told me to Google to show him what I wanted but I already had pictures! WTH? His bio on their website is a bunch of BS. I left in tears. No one deserves such horrible treatment. Charles was awesome and helped me with my hair goals.
Walk in service. I was taking care of right away. Very friendly, clean and nice environment. Highly recommend it
