Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Experience I’ve been a salon owner and licensed stylist for 35 years, and I’m still actively working in the industry. SO BAD. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO BLOW DRY HAIR. HALF MY HAIR IS GONE BY THE CONTINUOUS PULLING AND TUGGING. My scalp is red, my hair is not straight or curly after she spent 1.5 hours just blow drying. My head hurts so bad. My hair looks like bad morning hair not blow dried for gods sake.
