This was my first time here, and the nails were very well done. I had an 11:15 appointment with my friend and we didn’t leave until 1:30. The nail techs kept jumping around between clients, and took walk ins while my friend and I were still waiting. I showed my tech the design and I wasn’t told a price up front. I was charged $35 for a simple design. I have never been charged that much for a design, especially to do the bare minimum. My gel x set finally fell off and I was left with this gummy gel all over my nails, I’ve gotten many gel x sets before and this has never happened to me. My nail beds are destroyed. Overall I spent over $120 because of the hidden charges (polish and design), I have never paid that much for a set in the 10 years I’ve been getting my nails done.

Atrocious service. I have been mistreated there before but thought the nail technician was simply having a bad day and thus gave him grace. Today was my last time spending any money on this establishment. I would not recommend you go there. Situation: I was in for a dip refill and hoping not to get Wilson as he is constantly angry, yells, threatens and is very rough. i put 1 star not because they didn't do a good job but because the owner is so rude i call yesterday to take appointment with erica and he said she is not there and i ask him when she will be there he said i don't know so i feel something wrong my husband call after minutes and he ask about erica and same answer i go online and i find there is appoitment under erica name and its open times availbe i book one at 11 and when i go there he start talking with me so rude in the front off customer and he said erica come every day ... read more
