bad business, attitude & service Requested the longest cut on my cats available-just as I had last year-received shortest-so short the pink of their skin glowed through. 1 hour after I was to pick up pets I stood watching the catastrophic cut be competed. While I watched them man-handle the cat with very little regard to sensitivity, I pointed out problem with the cut only to get attitude and argument. A great place to self wash or get your dog groomed Owner operated groom shop. Nice, caring staff and a nice place to take your pet. You can self wash your pooch for a reasonable rate or get the spa treatment - grooming at reasonable prices. Their groomers can even work with difficult dogs. The best Its no wonder they were voted best groomer in LA and going for it again this year. They always take great care of my dog. Frankie has been going for a year now and I love that they love my dog as much as I do. Thanks Bubbbles!!!!
Bad Customer Service Been going for long time .. most of time good job. They do quote a certain time and your dog is never ready. They tend to overbook. Their front desk can be rude if you're late, but don't apologize if they're late. I had bad experience where they tried to charge for visit and turn us away because we were late. A new policy they had not informed us of or had posted. When they called to follow up after complaint, their sorry was qualified with a 'well, you really shouldn't be late and it's really your fault... read more

Best Groomer in town – I went to the Torrance store and was pleasantly surprised at how Buddy turned out. They did a great job with the haircut and and the person that greeted me was very pleasant. They used a whitening treatment on my maltese that looked amazing! Will be coming back!
Bubbles Manhattan = Waste of money – I'm not the type of person to spend my free time expressing my disappointment online, so please note that I wouldn't be writing this review if Bubbles Pet Spa didn't blow me off in response to my understandable frustration from last week's appointment. Management has shown no interest in remedying the situation which has ultimately led me to leave a review on Yelp. Great local find! Finally found a decent place for my dog – Its hard to find a good grooming salon, i have tried a few places and was never happy with service or quality. But now I can confidently say that i have found the best pet grooming place for my dog. The groomer did a great job on my dog's haircut. The customer service is great, they take the time to explain and offer you all the different options of service. I recommend there special spa treatment, it has solved my dogs skin problems (a problem my vet could not fix)... read more
