While they were able to fit me in at short notice next time I'll wait to try someone else. When the cleaner arrived he complained that the bedroom size was too big and then disputed that my dining chairs were actually arm chairs. This cost me extra $20. Very little care was taken while dragging the hose around. Then my floating floors were left wet. When I asked about cleaning it up their solution was to push the water around with a wet mop.
