Aweful, neither of the sides are even touched with water. It was just awful. I did call it in. Hope they fix it.
Worst car wash around!
I paid 20$ for an 11$ wash, and no change was returned. This was noted on the receipt. I called the number on the building & was told a refund check would be mailed. Update....It's been 6 weeks, with 2 phone calls in which I was told a refund check would be sent, and yet no refund has been received.
Stopped in for an ultimate car wash. Didn't clean the bugs off of the windshield. The back of the mirrors didn't even look like I'd been thru a car wash. Bugs galore! I used to love Froggy's, when we were going thru town. The tri-foam was thick, colorful and smelled great. Today you could barely tell there there was soap. Won't wait to wash there again
