Got my car detailed and the cleaning was exceptional, very since staff and assistant manager is very kind front desk staff was friendly and helpful will be back

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent service. The windows still have streaks and spots, and overall it doesn’t look like the level of detail I expected and received in the past especially for $100 for both interior and exterior. Honestly, it looks like something I could have done myself. I’m not happy with the result and was hoping for a much more thorough finish.
The west end and downtown location are a joke this year, construction is insane and they don't communicate, why accept my ride if you know construction is going on and you can't put the vehicle thru, 2 memberships $230 a month and 5 times now have had to walk away with no wash due to construction and no communication until after I walk inside and get comfortable waiting.
