Excellent service and very professional. Extremely happy.
The high pressure sales tactics and upselling are awful. Twice it's happened to me where I asked for the $150 package and clearly stated so but was coerced into a much more expensive package. With taxes I paid $300 and it was a very rushed and not thorough job. At least for that price I paid I'd expect a really good clean done. My vehicle is a 2-door jeep with no back seat so it wasn't a complicated or large job. Just used for 1 person for work commute so it was basic dirt. No off roading or anything. Very pushy is trying to upsell you packages. My car is only a couple months old, tried to tell me I needed a 300$ package, and that regular cleaning wouldn’t get stuff off seat (I know it would, they were treated and it was something my toddler had just rubbed on the seat the day before). My car wasn’t that dirty, just needed a basic clean. This pushy practice of upselling and telling you you’re wrong is very off putting. Will stick to Skogies in the future.
