I would give it a -7 if I could, for the 3rd time In less than a year and a half I have taken my car to get detailed and washed spendong a ridiculous amount of money to get my car cleaned because I have autistic twin boys, and we spend a lot of time in the car, Summer fun road trips, etc. etc. I was making the time in between some self-care and work meetings, And should have been out of there in Max an hour and a half because I had them shampoo my carpets. If going for interior detailing expect a hard sell. You can bargain. It's going to take 3 hours and cost nearly $600. If you're still willing they do a great job.
I was told it would take 45 mins to clean my SUV, ended up waiting there for almost 1.5hrs. They seemed too busy and ended up over promising and under delivering. The clean itself wasn’t bad but there was cleaning product residue all over the doors I had to wipe off myself.
