Wish there was a zero star review option. Rude staff, poor quality and condescending attitude. Can't believe I actually spent money at this place. My wife even warned me saying the reviews aren't great. Wish I'd listened now
I was visiting Adelaide from Melbourne and got my car washed here I spent $200 and there it was a really poor job. Windows still dirty wheels still dirty. I really regret paying in advance the only thing they offered me was to return and have my car cleaned again but they were too busy so wanted me to come back. Refused a refund and spoke so condescendingly to my wife. Terrible terrible experience and such a waste of time and effort.
Absolutely terrible job. I wish I had read more of the 1-star reviews earlier and taken them seriously. Over $400 was spent on the car, and they didn't clean multiple areas. They got me to pay extra to do the engine bay. When I opened the hood to check the work, it wasn't done. His excuse was that he doesn't like doing the engine bay, as he once caused over $11,000 in damage to a vehicle. The carpets were so wet after their shampoo that I had to use house heaters in my car to dry them out, including vacuuming them even more.... read more
Great experience at the car wash! The staff was quick and efficient, and my car looks brand new. Navi handled everything smoothly - super friendly and made the whole process easy. Definitely coming back!
Great place, friendly staff and ok priced. Turn around time to wash your car is quick. Nice coffee and good ambience.
