Horrible for so many reasons. ! Second visit and we were more disappointed than the first. They fail to tell you about the additional $3 for a small SUV. The person driving our car out of the car wash was reckless, he literally set off the collision breaking system. The car was still dirty after coming out of the car was, we were like ok they will get the bugs splats...nope. We kindly asked the lady to go back over it. She was clearly intimated.
