Not the same - service declining. It's a bummer because my family has been going to Bubbles and Bows for years. It sounds like others had the same experience. I took my dog in for a grooming appt, spoke in depth about what I wanted. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved down in December. We’ve been bringing our cocker spaniels here for a few months, and everything has always been great—until today. My partner brought both dogs in and was met with an incredibly rude front desk employee. We had written out instructions for their grooming because last time their coats were left too long and some important details were missed.
