You charged 110.00 for a shitzu 10.00 for a dog accident and lost our Recorded keeping Book, as he is registered full blooded shitzu. Went to Puppy love they only charged us 60.00
I had my baby there 2 nights and she had a grooming and bath also done, she always has the best time staying in the boarding facility and there job they did with grooming her way outstanding.
I bring my mother's little dog here and she gets such good treatment! They are so gentle and kind with her anxiety and she always leaves soft and smelling great. Love their selection of treats and toys too!
I was so nervous about bringing my timid cat in for a much-needed grooming. I'm a helicopter mom! Jess made me feel so at ease and assured me that they would take great care of my Lucy and they did! Toni and Jess were both amazing. Lucy smells so good and is prancing around the house like a new woman! 🤣
