I brought my dog Oreo there, the first 2 times were great. The 3rd time I took him they didn't fully groom him but charged me the full price anyway. The manager called me and told me I was overcharged and to go ahead and bring Oreo back for a full groom. So I took him back expecting to pay nothing like it was a redo, only to get told I still owed a handling fee. Close to home, gave them a few tries over a long period. Asked every visit to trim our large labradoodles leg and paw hair as short as the body and make sure to he doesn't have a beard when they're done because he's brown and it's difficult to find wood ticks. They have failed with this request each and every time. We have asked to have noted in our dog's record to correct it without resolve. We have on two different occasions asked for our mini poodle to have her glands pinched and nails cut along woth grooming. Both times ... read more

I just brought our Bella in for a shave and bath. They did such a great job on her. They have always done a great job on taking care of my Bella.
