As far as friendly and timely I will give them 5 stars. But thats where it ends. They installed the wrong floor in the wrong room. They told me if they ripped it out if wouldn't be able to be laid down again without having issues. That was the floor that was supposed to go on the bathroom when the remodel is done. They had hidden fees in their estimate that didn't come to light until after we signed the contract. They charged us for services and supplies that were not used. For quality work, look no further. Bubblegum was a breeze to work with, from excellent communication to their professionalism and knowledge of service. Already recommended to several of my friends, and will continue to do so

Bubblegum came in to fix a horrible experience with home depot. They did an awesome job! They are quick, thorough, and we're great to work with. They communicated all their concerns with us so we could best navigate everything, and it worked great! Highly recommend using them, I will be going through them again when we get around to fixing the upstairs carpet as well!
