It doesn't clean the back of my car... I have a Jeep, so it's a flat back, perhaps that's why? Literally dust is still on my car and it's dry. It's not that it's not scrubbed, it's not even wet. It obvious that the machine stops before the back gets through. A car wash where you stay stationary, and the machine moves around you, cleans better. I absolutely love this car wash. Everyone is so nice and I like how clean my vehicles look after. I appreciate that they offer several types of washes and I've tried them all. Most recently I tried their newsr package because my son's car was quite filthy (he let me borrow his car), and I love that they have vacuuming stations.
It didn't clean as well as I expected.
