Ryan knows his stuff & knows when to call for manufacturer assistance. I've got an 18 year old Dimension 1, Aurora II spa & have only trusted Ryan to work on it. He's a bit pricey but made up for it when he said I didn't need the new $400.00 circuit board I bought. His price for a service call most likely is a result of ghe inflated gas prices we're all paying. No biggie. I bought a new hot tub and the set up was not completed properly. Ryan came out and fixed it about 30 minutes! Thanks so much! Prompt and curtious. Very professional.
Called Ryan on a Monday morning. He showed up Monday afternoon to determine what was wrong with my hot tub. He order the parts and had it fixed by the end of the week! I would highly recommend him and his services. Great experience!!!

Very prompt, courteous service. Parts were ordered, and installed within the week, ( and in the rain!) Mike explained what i need to do to maintain my hot-tub. Definitely recommend!
