Van and her husband David are wonderful! They were prompt, on time, kept in communication with us for our Memorial Day party, accommodated our changing schedule for the rain, and even recommended food ahead of time for the kids (which I never even thought of). The banh mi sandwich was great. The baguette was perfect, crunchy outside but still soft inside.
This vendor was at Mentor Rocks. My kids paid cash for their bubble teas and the operator told them they didn’t give change and kept 9 dollars. Nothing posted regarding this policy. Not to mention the service was terrible and the operator was vocally complaining about how much they hated working the event.
Absolutely love the Eggplant Veggie Banh Mi!
