Really disappointed. We have used the self-wash station here for years and I decided to take my German Shepherd here for the grooming service for the first time today. I paid $70 for him to basically just get a bath. His ears don’t look like they were touched, the claimed they couldn’t cut his nails because he wouldn’t let them (even though I warned them he would give them a hard time) and he is still shedding just about as bad as when he went in.
