Total Scam I used the self sprayers and got charged 27$ because i shut the water off in between using it and thus had to put my card in every time which charged me the minimum 5$ for each time. I know its my fault but give me a break i barely used any water. Also the timer ran the money up so fast regardless it probably wouldve cost the same if i left it running too cuz i was there to hand wash my car in the shade. Total joke. I am so upset. Please tell me why this soap turned my hands and my feet blue, ruined my shirt, and my shoes. $15 to ruin my clothes. I will never be returning to a Brown Bear Car Wash again.
It is a good self serve car wash. The only thing is I wasn't even done was my truck when the security officer drove by and told me I had 2 minutes to finish because he needed to lock the gate. I quickly washed to soap off and left
Spent 23 bucks for the most lousy car wash! I thought maybe because it took so long it would be great results but won't be coming back to to this car wash. Still have a dirty windshield after the beary best wash.
