It's better than the two in Ellenville, but the washers frequently take our money and do not work and the customer assistance is horrible. The phone number listed on website is disconnected and is the only way to get any assistance being as we've rarely seen any attendant on site. Dryers are hit and miss also- good luck getting your money back.
DONT DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT THIS LAUNDRY MAT!!!!!! THERE ARE MORE WASHERS AND DRYERS OUT OF SERVICE AND THE DRYERS THAT DO WORK DIDNT DRY ALL THE WAY SO WE HAD TO PUT MORE TIME ON THE DRYER. VERY NASTY PLACE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ALSO THERE IS NO ATTENDANT HERE. AND WHEN THERE IS A ATTENDANT . THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OWNERS INFORMATION TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. NO GOOD
The washing machines are expensive but clean and work well. Most of the dryers don’t actually get hot so you have to waste money trying different ones and even lightweight clothes take a long time to dry. The machines only accept quarters; there is a working change machine. Will go to a different one next time.
