I get my cars washed here for convenience, but many times the machine has had issues taking cards. Reading through all prior reviews and the response from the owner is the reason why this establishment has so many negative reviews. The owner is combative in his response. I’ve interacted with the woman that works in the laundromat when needed change for the vacuum and she acts like you’re bothering her vs having a customer service oriented conversation. The staff was so helpful. It was extremely clean. Many machines, I had no wait.
I had a very disappointing experience because of Brenda, the older lady with short hair at the front. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in a friendly way instead, she just stared at me until I reached my washer. She then came over and immediately told me that everything wouldn’t fit, even though I hadn’t finished separating my towels from my clothes yet, it did not feel good when she walked over to me just to watch my put all my clothes into the wash ... read more
