The staff was so helpful. It was extremely clean. Many machines, I had no wait.
I had a very disappointing experience because of Brenda, the older lady with short hair at the front. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in a friendly way instead, she just stared at me until I reached my washer. The last two times I went to this laundromat, the hot water was not working. I work in healthcare, so being able to wash my clothing in hot water is recommended for properly cleaning work clothing. I called today to ask whether the hot water was working. I was told that the front set of washing machines only uses cold water, and those are the machines the employee personally uses. I used the laundry mat and washed and vacuumed my car. Excellent experience!! Staff member was kind and helpful. Everything was clean and worked very well.
