Automatic car wash was a good experience but everything els was terrible. After the car was I swung around the building again to a open bay to dry the SUV and clean the mats, while pulling into the bay a truck had swung to the front of the bay and began backing up so I put my SUV in reverse so it wouldn't be hit and when the guy got out he told me he was a car detailer that used the bay and had some deal with the car wash to do so and basically told me I was SOL. I belong to the Wash Club ($28.99/month). Lately, the camera reader at the entry kiosk isn't working. Won't read my license plate and therefore won't allow the free wash. This is a recurring problem!
Automatic doesn't wash that great, not much soap and the vehicle didn't come out very clean. Not worth it.
Just paid for an ultimate wash and my car looks THE SAME - DIRTY!! Complete rip off!
