I’m absolutely exhausted today after moving into a new place. I tried to do some laundry and decided to read the instructions on the ceiling above the washing machine. The whole process was insanely confusing — why on earth do I need to register with a QR code just to do laundry? Then there’s something about getting tokens? I had one of the worst experiences at a dobi shop recently. I walked in wearing shoes, not realizing there was a “no shoes” rule. The sign was small and not clearly visible — like most customers, I simply didn’t see it. As soon as I entered, the owner shouted at me in a very rude and disrespectful tone.
