Absolutely abysmal communication from these clowns. Took them FOUR pathetic attempts to get my address right on my first service—like, do you people even own a map? Ever heard of Google Maps? The rest of the modern world has! Then, in a masterclass of incompetence, they wait until 6 p.m. the night before to text “Hey we’re coming tomorrow lol” then after I’d already told them I was out of town until Friday.
