Customers should know that there is a good chance your vehicle will be damaged by this car wash. The wash broke one of my hubcaps. Of course there are disclaimers posted that few will read stating that they are not responsible for such damage. The main reason for the poor review is that even with this damage incident on my vehicle which means I obviously can no longer run my car thru there, they refused to cancel and refund my last monthly membership payment. Tight space entering and exiting the car wash could be uncomfortable for some. Actual wash did a good job but there were no clean towells to use. I walked down the line and checked all the towell buckets were empty. No worker approached me to offer assistance searching for towells. Ill try a different location next time.
