I just tried this wash out for the first time. For $17 I would have hoped that it would remove the bugs at a minimum, but I was left with a dirty bug covered front end and a still dirty tailgate. Not impressed for the price, especially when the wash advertised bug removal but I didnt get that. There was supposed to be a pretreat... according to their own display where you pay. learned a bad lesson about corporate greed here today - NEVER trust bubble barn with your credit card info
I signed up for a month of unlimited car washe in Feburary. Used one month and was continued to be charged monthly until I caught it on my credit card, 3 months later. Contacted the manager, who contacted the owner. The owner offered to refund one of the months I did not use the car wash. It cost me over $120 for the 1 month of unlimited car washes I used. The car wash isn't great at getting my truck clean and it usually left the back dirty. I won't be going back.
I get car washes here as needed, having a membership is not necessary for us. It is crazy to me that on the days that I do not get car washes I am unable to vacuum my vehicle although I get car washes here. I was told to leave today, I will no longer be getting car washes here. They clearly don’t care about retention of customers .
