Scratched my truck all the way up the side and roof. I notified them right away before leaving. They told me they’ll review the footage of me driving in to see if the scratch was there. I said awesome I’d love to see it too. They showed me and there was no scratch manager on site agreed with me. Few days later they call me telling me the scratch was there and that they’re denying my claim. Not worth the insurance claim to fight them but if you care for your vehicle don’t go here
Nice job removing the winter crud, but I doubt the significant increase in prices is going to workers 🤬
