I’ve been going to the Burnsville Bubble Barn since they opened. Never one to have an issue at all, if I did it is always taken care of before it became an issue. After the experience that I received, I am nothing more than bless your heart clearly the one who need customer service training is the one who answered that phone, because that was out right disrespectful. I just got a new car after 14 years thought i find a unlimited car wash keep it nice decided in the barn after 2 months I have seen no soap on the back, back end never dry,had to go through 2 times to get some poop off the back window still there didn't change and i just had the car washed the day before and once I came in saw a kid sitting in a chair on his phone never looked up I did the horn someone else came out and looked at me as I was in the wrong to me not a very good look I don't think I will go for 3 months
