Great BBQ, give it a try you will not be disappointed
Bubbies BBQ is the best barbecue in Ankeny, bar none. I've had everything on the menu, and it's all exceptional. Ankeny has always struggled to support barbecue. Many restaurants have opened and closed relatively quickly. Some of this is due to Smokey D's being so close, but some of it has been the quality of those other establishments. The best BBQ I’ve ever had. The pulled pork and baked beans are my favorite so far.
Food is right up there with the best. Spicy sauce is great blend of heat and taste. Sides are tasty. Corn bread is great.
