Ben was beyond exceptional!!! Rock solid car seats with the UTMOST precision beyond expectations AND He even future proofed the car seats for me - placing each car seat in the most logical order to not need reinstallation in the future. Saving $60-120 for future!!
Fantastic service. Would recommend. First time mum, went in for two capsules to be installed. Was talked through and shown the entire process, with opportunities to ask questions and practice using the capsule. Customer service was excellent, as was the lead up to the appointment, lots of reminders and communications. Have been back twice since the initial install, once to have the seats rotated, and again for additional seats for second car. Same fantastic and smooth service.
We have had two car seats fitted at Bubbasnug in Brookvale and both times the experience has been phenomenal! The staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They’re very good at teaching you all the intricacies of kids seats, and putting your mind at ease. 10/10 experience! Thank you guys for your help
