Love the service I got from Brookvale. I rocked up with a Britax car seat which I had tried to get installed at another place but the could not find the straps. I only had to mention there was no straps and I was instantly informed where they would be, why the would be there and voila they were found. After a quick vacuum and rearrangement of the straps Buggasnug took me through how to use it, when it was appropriate to change sizing and also the expiry of the car seat .
