BBQ was definitely delicious and the place has the look of great smokehouse as you can see in the pictures. Self service at the front counter where you place the order and they call your name when order is ready to be picked up same counter. Also self seating and you bus your own table. We will be back.
There were a group of four of us in this establishment who had ordered meals, a full brisket to go, and drinks we were seated at a table in the corner visiting as all were in from out of town and different parts of CA. The food was good, but about 15 minutes of visiting they turned on the loud speakers that were right behind us and we could not even hold a conversation. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Bubba’s BBQ in Paso Robles! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and fast. The food was next-level — perfectly smoked meats, incredible flavor, and portions that definitely don’t disappoint. Every bite tasted like real, authentic BBQ done right. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, making it the perfect stop whether you’re passing through or staying in Paso Robles. If you’re anywhere near the area and love BBQ, this place is a MUST. We’ll definitely be back!
This place completely changed my BBQ expectations. The ribs were the best I’ve ever had, potato salad was excellent, and the service matched the quality of the food. Atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a must-visit.
Great smoked meats and solid sides. Brisket, sausages and ribs were all very good. Patio atmosphere was a nice bonus.
