Ordered through UberEats. First, I give 2 stars for the decent sausage and good ribs. I asked for loose cut fatty brisket and got very dry leathery meat. Very disappointing and inedible. I had to throw it away. Also, the platter does not come with any sides at all. The burger was very standard. I was hoping for a home style burger but this was more fast food value menu tasting. I’m on a quest to find good bbq in Houston so I like supporting local businesses. The ribs showed signs of potential here but I’m very big on brisket... read more
