The staff at Bubba’s Medicine Shop is always kind, and I truly appreciate the home delivery service. However, the overall process needs major improvement. When my doctor calls in a new prescription, they won’t fill it unless I personally follow up, even if I already have other medications scheduled for delivery. I’ve received deliveries while other prescriptions have been sitting at the pharmacy for over two months. That should never happen. I have never left a review before, but Bubbas deserves recognition for going out of their way! The young man in the front (curly brown hair) was very helpful and kind. He made sure to talk to everyone, even when it was busy! The pharmacists were very quick to answer questions and to help me find what I was looking for. I will be coming back! 5/5
I have been coming to bubba medicine for a while and never had the experience I had today I was trying to get my medicine and was asking the young man with curly hair how many I had and I was asking him about some finger tape he proceeded to say Say what and I said it was a lady helping me and he said oh well I wasn’t part of that conversation and he walked off and proceeded to go to the counter and was saying rude stuff to one of the pharmacist and she just started laughing my thing is if you don’t want to work with the pub... read more
Do not listen to these people. I was told My perception was to be ready by 2 pm went after 2 not even filled. called the next day at 10 am stating I'm driving from valley al and I'll be there by 12 noon. Well they told me it won't be ready till after 2 pm again .. we can not drive back and fourth two days in a row .. you can keep my script and use the cream where the sun dont shine this is not true you sent a text that it would be ready thurs afternoon.
