My brother chose this shop based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews, but his experience was the complete opposite. He was quoted $31 for a vehicle inspection, yet when it came time to pay, he was charged $51. When he requested a receipt, the inspector was reluctant to provide one, which immediately raised concerns.
