As a person who lives in KC and travels to Texas often, its a strong statement to say this is one of the best BBQ I've ever had. The brisket was amazingly tender and melted in your mouth. And ribs were a perfect balance of fall off of the bone. For anyone giving this a tough review, I would say you need to give this place another shot because you caught it on a bad day.
