I've lived in Ennis for over 7 years, and have never been too impressed with Bubba's, to be honest. They've always been okay to pretty good, but not great; but in the past few years they went downhill from that and honestly it was not worth eating there. I think we go to Bubba's maybe once a year at the most. However. My husband and I went there last night as I've heard they have new management and had been receiving positive reviews again. Absolutely Fabulous!!!!
Stopped at Bubba’s both on the drive from Dallas to Houston, then on our way back. Tried the ribs, quesadilla, brisket, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, Mac & cheese, onion rings and friend okra. Everything was amazing, both trips!! Forgot to take pics the first time round, but check out a few of our favs this time!! Serving sizes are huge, staff is friendly and the food is always fresh!! Definitely worth the stop!!
