After a previous repair didn't hold, I decided to write this because the technician was able to diagnose and fix the persistent issue with our heating system in about an hour by replacing a faulty thermostat. The straightforward approach and explanation were refreshing, especially compared to last year's vague assessments.
Fixed our A/C quickly, much cooler now.
I was initially worried about the complexity of installing a new AC unit, but the technician's methodical process and thorough explanation of each step put me at ease. From securing the connections to testing the system's efficiency, everything was completed in roughly three hours without any hitches.
Routine service handled efficiently today.
I was concerned about hidden charges, but the technician clearly explained each step and stayed within the initial estimate while repairing a faulty capacitor. He completed the repair in just under an hour, ensuring the system was functioning properly before leaving.
