Great service. Quick service. Technicians were efficient and left nothing to pick up.
Fixed the washer but same issue started again a couple weeks later. Can’t get anyone to come back to repair and/ or find the true cause

My Whirlpool washing machine started giving a lid lock error message. I called this morning for service, was scheduled for Wednesday, some other customer cancelled so Giles came this afternoon, replaced the lid lock, charged a very reasonable fee & left with me feeling very satisfied. I had often bought repair parts for my appliances in the past but this was a first to call them for repairs. I will keep them first on the list for future cases.
