The service department is extremely unprofessional and rude
Terrible service. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I recently brought my Black Label Navigator in for service… first of all, they refused to honor the courtesy pick up and delivery service that I paid so dearly for by purchasing a Black Label vehicle. Secondly, I had some wheel and tire damage and they refused to work with the warranty that I paid dearly for as well.
